Board of Directors

Our volunteers make a difference at All In Credit Union. As a not-for-profit cooperative, we rely on our unpaid volunteers to provide direction to the Credit Union through the Board of Directors. We are also served by Associate Board Members who attend as non-voting members at our Board meetings.

We are looking for Members interested in serving and providing governance and leadership to further grow this Credit Union. Our Board of Directors is made up of nine individuals who provide strategic oversight for the Credit Union and the President/CEO. Obligations of the Board of Directors include attending regularly scheduled Board meetings, the annual meeting of the membership, and the annual strategic planning session. Board members are also appointed to serve on Board committees and will attend committee meetings as required.

Three Board positions are open in this election cycle. The Nominating Committee will be reviewing the qualifications of all members wishing to volunteer and who submit the following application by the close of business on November 12, 2021.

The Nominating Committee will be presenting its slate of candidates to the Board of Directors in December 2021.
