All In Credit Union has some great news!  We’ve updated our Skip-A-Payment process to make it easier than ever for you to have access to extra cash when you need it!

 Why it’s Better.

  • You can now choose to skip your payment(s) when it works best for you
  • You can skip up to 2 times per calendar year as long as the months you choose are not consecutive
  • You can automatically pay your $29 processing fee from your All In Account or by using another debit or credit card or PayPal.
  • You can now view the history of previous Skip-A-Payments and see your availability for loans to be skipped in the future from Online Banking or the Mobile App.

How It Works.

  • Securely log in to your account through Online Banking or the Mobile App
  • For Online Banking, click “Additional Services”. For the Mobile App touch “More”
  • Choose “Skip A Payment” in the drop-down menu
  • Follow the prompts to select the loans you wish to skip and the month you wish to skip
  • Select your preferred method of payment for the $29 Skip-A-Payment fee on each loan skipped
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  • Your selected payments will automatically be advanced so that no payment is due
  • In order to be processed in time to skip the monthly payment of your choice, be sure to submit your request five business days prior to your loan due date.

When Is This Available?

You can take advantage of this convenient option any time! Just log in to Online Banking or your Mobile App and follow the steps above.

 If you haven’t set up Online Banking, you can still request your Skip-A-Payment by:

  • Calling our Contact Center at 334.598.4411, ext. 3300
  • Requesting your Skip-A-Payment, in person, at any branch.
  • Emailing

 What Are Other Benefits of Participating in Skip-A-Pay?

Your participation in this program will make a difference in the lives of others. That’s because a portion of the $29 processing fee for each loan payment skipped will be contributed to our Helping Hands Foundation which supports charitable organizations in our communities.

The Skip-A-Payment coupon does not change your current loan payment amount. By participating in the Skip-A-Payment program, this amends the original loan agreement and will extend the term of your loan by one month. Interest will continue to accrue on the principal balance of the loan from the last payment date. You must provide All In Credit Union with the notice of your intent to participate by the due date on the bottom of this letter. If you participate in Skip-A-Payment, it may alter the coverage of your GAP (Guaranteed Auto Protection). You should keep a copy of this with your loan documents. Other restrictions may apply. Any regular payment made through payroll deduction or direct deposit will be reversed and deposited into your All In Credit Union account. Several loan types are excluded from this offer so you may not be receiving a Skip-A-Payment offer for all loans you have with All In Credit Union. Do not mail cash.
