Applications for the 2026 Jim H. Mitchell scholarship are now OPEN.

In 2026, we will award 28 scholarships for $2,500 to deserving graduating high school seniors.

Students who are All In members within our service area and plan to attend a two-year, four-year or Technical College are eligible to apply.
