Our Smart ATMs will be located in our drive-thrus, replacing our current drive-up units. This will allow you to do your drive-thru banking when it's best for you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No more rushing to the Credit Union on your lunch break or before the branch closes. Our Smart ATMs allow you to complete your drive-thru transactions without the assistance of a teller because they have more features than a traditional ATM. Along with these self-service options, you may speak with a Virtual Assistant Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Will this be available at every All In location?
Smart ATMs are currently available at our Crestview, Daleville, Dothan - Cottonwood Drive, Dothan - Honeysuckle, Dothan - Montgomery Highway, Dothan - South Park Avenue, Dothan - Woodburn Drive, Geneva, Marianna, Midland City, Ozark - US Highway 231 South, Ozark - East Andrews Avenue and Skipperville branches and will be added to all other locations in the future. Will Smart ATMs replace any All In employees?
No. Smart ATMs are not replacing any employees or taking jobs away from anyone. In fact, it is creating more opportunities for employees to grow and develop in a new department. While branch staff will no longer assist you in the drive-thru, they will still be ready to assist you when you need to come inside the branch for more complex transactions.
Where are your Virtual Assistants located?
They are at our Operations Center in Daleville and can provide assistance to you at any of our Smart ATM locations.
Will you still be able to help me with transactions?
Of course! Most changes to your account can be completed by any All In employee. If we’re not able to help you through our Smart ATM, our branch staff will be able to assist you in the branch lobby during normal business hours.
What bills are available at the Smart ATM?
Smart ATMS will offer you the option to choose from $100s, $20s, $5s or $1s to complete your cashback options. When you complete a withdrawal, you can choose your bill mix and the Smart ATM will complete the withdrawal without having to enter the total amount needed.
Are Cashiers/Share Checks available through Smart ATMs?
You will need to come inside a branch lobby to request a cashier/share check.

Yes. Keeping your financial information safe and secure is our highest priority. Using a Smart ATM is as secure as working with a teller in the branch.

What are the benefits of using a Smart ATM?
Smart ATMs allow us to provide more efficient services while offering you extended hours of service. You can access all of your All In accounts at one time. You will be able to see all your accounts once you verify your identity. Typically, this verification is done at a traditional ATM when you use your debit card and personal identification number (PIN) to access your account. You can still choose this option, but may also choose to enter your account number or use the phone number we have on file, along with your social security number. All three verification methods will give you access to all your accounts.
